The number of people infected with HIV (the virus that causes Aids - HIVTVTCAIDS) in India has dropped by millions overnight, leaving South Africa back at number one in the ratings. Aids experts are hailing India's robust rollout of Life-saving ARV's (LSARV's) as well as a massively successful government campaign to promote condom usage.
